I keep getting this error code, even though I transferred all my personal information from last year through the tax program. I was able to file my wife's tax return with no issue.
Please check your personal information, like your name, address, SIN, etc... Make sure the information matches what the CRA has for you. If you are not sure what they have on file for you, you can call and confirm it with them.

This is error code is because turbo tax need to update the T777 form because CRA Canada have a new version? I cannot get a correct answer from Turbo Tax support, looks like no one on support team knows about this error. I check the personal information like 100 times and i redo the tac twice and still getting the same error message. i have used the T777 on this filing. I call CRA Canada and my information is correct and match my return. I noticed when you to go netfile the return there is an Alert on the top of the page from Turbo tax that they need to update T777. The support person i spoke to is not aware of this Alert. My case number is [phone number removed]3.
