Everything gone from my account

I have been working on my family's 2019 returns.  I logged in today (April 6th) and everything is gone (current return I was working on and previous returns).  I've tried the account recovery and it did not work.  I've submitted for someone to call me back.  It said 5 minutes (about 10-15 minutes ago).  Need help ASAP!
