Extremely disappointed with tax expert assistance availability this year. I've had the assist and review for two years prior and was always served promptly. Now.. (1/2)

Now, I don't even have the option to request a call and when I spoke to product specialist, they said I should call between 12AM and 8AM. Ridiculous to pay extra for this service if can't even make an appointment request at a reasonable hour, let alone get service at a reasonable hour. 

I absolutely would not recommend this feature at all if this is the quality to be expected. Seems like others are having the same issue. I want to opt out of the service if I do not get an opportunity to make a request at a reasonable time for a reasonable time.

Those are the hours that TurboTax Full service are closed in EST time.  They are opened at decent hours. We apologize that you were given the wrong information.  Open your return and go to "Review" section and enter your information. You will then receive a call after you enter your information and click on "Get a call".
