Finding previously filed taxes

I am having a very hard time finding my previous years filed. They don’t seem to be anywhere.
I desperately need to gain access to them.

I have also tried calling the 888 number that was given but it keeps saying call failed and will not work

What was the number that you phoned? Did you get it from the from the form on this page:https://support.turbotax.intuit.ca/contact/ ?
