I updated the software and this issue was resolved for me. A question for the moderators of this account who have stressed the need for accountability: Was the non-population of line 68140 in the TurboTax software actually a CRA software problem or a Turbo Tax software problem?
@mb_1 It was both! CRA had some technical difficulties with the new system updates they implemented in January 2025 that was causing numbers to be rounded, so causing NETFILE errors. As soon as this was fixed on the CRA side and we received the updates, we had to fix it on our side too.

I have tried each and every way suggested for fixing all the related T3s but the errors keeping asking me to fix it. I call up the Turbotax support and was advised they cannot do anything and want me to submit the tax return via paper file. This is not acceptable as I paid more than a hundred dollars for the TurboTax software yet due to this errors I cannot e-file my tax. I am sure there are many users are encountering the same issue as mine and we are anxiously waiting for a resolution. Thank you.
I think many of us on this thread and other 95635 error threads were able to net File on April 17 after a TT update which corrected the value in box 68140 which was not being populated before the fix. Our situation was that we had a capital loss (mine from T5008 slips). Is this your situation. I made sure my box 52 was blanked out and box 53 was equal to box 21. Was your box 68140 on T936 zero before April 17th. Is your box 68140 being filled in now? Originally CRA also said to round your T3 values to nearest dollar (I didnāt do this).
That being said some people are still getting the 95635 error and unable to file and TurboTax said this was supposed to be fixed on April 23. I would try calling the support line again and share your screen. Both times I called the agents were pretty good and both times a specialist joined the call.
