I haven't seen anything similar to this situation posted. I'm going through entering the data (Home & Business Easy Step) and all of a sudden all sections (left side) became grayed out with a lock symbol. When I try to go back to see, it wouldn't allow me access. Only the "Introduction" is in green, but still not accessible. After trying numerous times, I decided to start over with a new one and it gave me the same result.
Can't figure this out and I'm in limbo with this issue as I can't proceed. Help
