Turbo tax at review my order set locks up there and for blue dots turn in a circle have restarted several times everyday this last week. It is just stuck there what can I do. Our tax returns are simple and nothing different than past years

I have received several answer codes but where do I enter that to get the answer

turbo tax locks up at paying for turbo tax and moving on to net file four blue dots just keep going around and around been trying several times a day all week even redid the return
