    Home and Business Online

    This year I purchased the Home and Business online version. In past years. I have always had a disc. 

     

    When I download it, it will not open. It says

    "This service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion"

     

    I have tired 3 times to download and open. What is wrong?
