We have not been able to duplicate this issue. Did you click on Done With RC210 after entering the amount? Did you try clearing your cache/cookies, signing out of your return then restarting your computer? Could this be because the income as per the 2023 return is above the threshold for Advance Canada Worker's benefit (ACWB)? i.e. Line 41500 is only populated if the individual qualifies for ACWB in 2023 otherwise it will be blank even if there is an amount reported in Box 10 of the RC210
That is a possibility, yes. Without being able to view your return we cannot be certain, only the telephone team has that option available.
