I have submitted only 4 returns which I can see but my premium service balance of return is showing only 6 out of 12 instead of 8

Did you print any returns? As that also counts as a return if the Print to Mail option is chosen.

So far, i made 3 printouts and 1 online submission which makes total 4 so balance should be 8 however my dashboard showing balance 6 out of 12
