I bought the Full Service Live Self-Employed return service, and was due to have a call with an expert on 21 February. After a lot of confusion, I spoke to an assistant, but didn't get a call back after that. My return is now assigned to an expert, but I haven't heard anything since 21 February, and I'm getting worried that something has gone wrong. How should I proceed?
