Open TurboTax
The original (2024) download was for Windows 10 and was ported to the new Windows 11 laptop. The download was self extracted and installed. The prompt to lauch was deployed and immediately the subsequent prompt to apply udates was issued and deployed. The prompt (from Windows) to accept system updates was honoured but there was no further progress was seen.
There was never a prompt to enter the product/install key which I have available
Please make sure that you don't have any security/anti-malware software on your computer that's blocking TurboTax. Also make sure that you are not in S-Mode. You might also want to try running the program as an administrator, by right clicking on the icon and selecting Run As Administrator.
