Turbot tax is aware of a problem and does not tell the customers or their first line customer service people.  This is horrible. I wasted over 2 hours with two people to only find out then the Representative spoke to the technical team that a known problem exists after wasting 40 minutes with us deleting cookies, etc.  What a waste of time.  Then they want me to pay for this piece of junk....Horrible management and customer service.  People are nice but they are kept in the dark by management and the consumer wastes their time and no one at Intuit seems to care.
