In Turbotax 2025 Standard, in thé Registered Savings Plan summary, under FHSA summary, the "FHSA contributions for 2025 less withdrawals" shows a zero amount. Yet I have properly entered an $8000 contribution in the T4FHSA section. Also, schedule 15 looks correct and in the detailed tax summary it shows the correct amount. But it concerns me that the 2025 FHSA summary is not correct. By the way, I checked the same line on a previous 2024 return and it shows an $8000 amount.
If your T4FHSA is entered correctly and Schedule 15 shows the full contribution, then your FHSA amount has been recorded properly. Please review the steps below to ensure everything is entered correctly:
1. Under "Your registered Savings Plan profile for 2025" page.
Make sure you select "Opened or Contributed to a FHSA" as shown in the screenshot below:
click continue.
2. Enter all the proper amount showing on your NOA for 2024 on the page "Amounts from Notice of Assessment or Reassessment".
click continue.
3.Most important make sure to add the amount on the page FHSA Deductions in the box "If you wish to claim less than the maximum amount above, enter it here. The difference will be carried forward and available to be claimed next tax year".
click continue.
4. At last on the Registered Savings Plan summary page you can see FHSA contributions as shown below:
Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
In your screenshot under FHSA Summary it shows both John and Joan contributed $0 for 2025.
I'm having this same issue, there is a bug with the TurboTax software.
If you are using EasyStep mode, please make sure that you have made the correct selections in the profile section. Then when you go to the FHSA section, you will get the page where you can see & change how much you are deducting for the year.

If you are using Forms Mode, please go to Schedule 15, and enter the amount of the deduction that you want to claim in the space between lines 56 & 57.
