income gotten out of canada. Please help me with this issue

I have been filed my taxes using turbotax online for 8 years: Around 2 months ago i got my notice of assessment for 2021. I entered the amount $7286 as income gotten OUT of Canada and $540 from Canada. for some reason unknown to the software, it taked the amount gotten abroad as if it were obtained in Canada, and consequently, when evaluating my taxes, CRA charged me with taxes on that money obtained abroad. I think the software for 2021 has some bug. I had paid the balance due and I do not know what to do. I am a non resident.
