Installation Key

when installing standard online edition, the installation key worked fine the first time, however, I did not download the app properly. Now when I want to re install, the Code does not work and I get a message "all available activations have been used error code 603" It was installed only on 1 computer. Please tell me how to reactivate the code. Thanks
