Installation of Turbo Tax 2023 Canada

I have now installed this program 3 times.  It has allowed me to launch and register the program.  As soon as I close the program, it completely disappears from my computer.  No date files, no program files and at no time did I ever get a shortcut.  I am very frustrated with this.  I have my file set to show hidden files, so I am at a loss.  It does not ever show up in my programs list.  I am using Windows 10 and I have plenty of space available.  I tried saving it to a different drive and it would not allow it.  I have also tried installing from both CD and download.  Same result . Anyone have any suggestions?
