    I cannot even instal turbotax. It just freezes at the first window when launched

    Please try to download your software using this link- https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/community/product-information/help/where-can-i-download-the-cd-...

     

    You will scroll down to where you see the TurboTax boxes and you will click on the one you had purchased, to download.
