Are you in Quebec or in a different province?
I'm a "deemed resident", currently outside of Canada since September 2024. But I lived in Quebec over 183 days this year and had income form a company located in Quebec.
It doesn't give me the option anywhere to add my R1 data.
Thank you!!
If you are using TurboTax Online, you do not have an option to import information from your Revenue Quebec. You can manually add RL-1.
In TurboTax Online, select My Info > [Your Name]’s Personal Tax Profile from the left side menu. Then click the Edit button next to Income & work-related expenses. Answer yes to the question [Your Name], did you work in 2022? Then check off “T4- Employment Income” and “I worked in Québec and received a Relevé 1 slip."
Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
Hi,
Thank you. In the mean time I went to home --> tax profile --> and ticked the option for R1. This gave me the option to add field "C" in my T4. That's great. So far so good.
However, when I export my taxes it only gives me my federal return. But I need to file a Quebec return too, according to the CRA: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/tax/international-non-residents/individuals-leaving...
Is there anything I can do to change that or is that a limitation in the software?
Thank you!
