I suddenly can t access neither chat or documents since yesterday and my tax expert need to chat with me.

The telephone support wasn't helpful at all and actually asked me to go to this forum troubleshooting.
I heard i wasn t the only customer having this issue. I didn t have this issue before yesterday evening
And yes, i rebooted my computer, tried different navigator and devices etc . 🙂
