Issues activating 2018 software

I'm trying to catch up on back years taxes. I've found the software for the 2018 turbotax netfile and have it downloaded on my computer. The option for internet activation is not working - unable to connect. Then defaults to phone activation- where that number is no longer in service, and the automated line directs me to this site. The 2018 software has a 21 digit activation code (VS the current 16, so again website does not recognize it, and will not allow me to activate the software. Please advise.

having the exact same problem now. the number it gives to call has changed and it tells me to hang up and call #2030 for a $4.99 charge. i was on hold to customer service for an hour then another hour on the phone basically in silence as she was waiting for supervisor to direct on how to solve the issue and get a proper activation code. very frustrationg!!
