Open TurboTax
Hello,
when I enter my license code, error 625 shows up and the program won’t launch. I’ve tried uninstalling and installing again and error 625 keeps happening. How do I fix this?

Make sure you are entering the correct license code.
Also, anti-spyware, firewalls, VPNs, or anti-virus programs can block installation and updates. If you have these programs, try disabling them or go into the settings and make an exception for TurboTax.
