Line 47600 Tax Paid By Installments

I have the STANDARD DESKTOP version of Turbotax.  I cannot complete Line 47600 Tax Paid by Installments.   I cannot click in that field at all to enter a figure.  Why?

Please go to the Easy Step mode of your return and go to the Find icon at the top right of the screen. Here enter Instalments then highlight it then click Go at the bottom of the popup. This will open the screen to enter your instalments. Now click on Continue to save your information. You can now return to the Forms mode if you wish.
