I bought a new computer and have a new email address. When I try to go into previous tax returns I am asked for the activation code on my CD, but I no longer have the CD. What do I do?

Help I have also lost the activation code - purchases online Self employed from Costco
Unfortunately, as the software was bought at Costco, we have no record of your activation code.
