My wife is having mental health issue and currently on long term disability, so what answer should I choose for question " did you have a mental or physical impairment?"

If the question is related to you and your are not mentally or physically impaired then you should choose 'No', else, if the question is about your wife having a mental or physical impairment, then you should choose 'Yes'.

Also, as per CRA "Do you support a spouse or common-law partner, or a dependant with a physical or mental impairment? The Canada caregiver credit (CCC) is a non-refundable tax credit that may be available to you"
