Notice of Assessment changed my "BC dividend tax credit to 0.00", but the Turbo Tax did the calculation and included. Why? Who is correct?

This was a known issue with CRA and they are working on resolving it.

The CRA is in the process of identifying the affected taxpayers, and corrective action will be taken to reassess their personal income tax returns.
