@Shilpy Accuracy Team is a different department that deals with these claims. They will reach out to you once they receive the documents. It usually takes 6 to 8 weeks.

I sent registered mail so i have the signature proof of someone receiving it but i want a contact to confirm that my documents have reached the right department and they have started processing it. Is there a contact# or email for that or i should just assume that my documents have reached the right department?
I don’t think you should presume anything because my son has also sent all the documentation 4 weeks ago and he hasn’t even received an acknowledgment that it was received. So, he is puzzled by the lack of due diligence by a company that promotes itself beyond reproach for its customers care and reliability of its products. It brings one to wonder if Intuit and Turbo Tax really stand behind their products. Thousands of Canadian families have been affected by this glitch. Like you and my son, your are aware of it because you have received a notice of reassessment claiming money back for a benefit that you were not entitled to due to a failure to calculate your spouse income as family income plus the undue burden of interest which for some are the thousands of dollars. Think of all the ones that haven’t received their notice yet. There must be other means to get their attention to resolve this injustice because right now Intuit and Turbo Tax seem to be ignoring faithful clients through bureaucratic means.
I agree 100% but i don't know whom to contact as i have been on phone with Intuit and Turbo tax for 5 hrs daily since last Wednesday and nobody knows the next steps. Do you know any contact # or email where i could reach out to confirm if they have received my documents?
Also I filed my taxes for 2021 via H&R block and the experience is same. They led me to 1st purchase their online product to even look at what I am claiming. So i have been struggling with both the software's and the worst is that H&R block does not even have community to post my question to.
I think we should reach out to media to cover this story as this has impacted a lot of people. It is not just not about the CRA due amount but the stress, time, effort and money that we are investing here is worth the compensation. These giant companies should be held responsible for their service.
@TurboTaxAniqua Can you provide me any contact to confirm if my documents have reached the right department. I cannot presume that my claim will be processed unless someone confirms that the file has reached the department and they have started processing it.
