Payed for the service and TURBOTAX is not calling me

I payed for the full service turbotax and you weren't able to make me a call because of my international number. You don't have an email or a contact number and now my money is lost and my taxes still undone. 

I need help for this trouble it can be my money back in my card or my taxes done properly.
