Hello,
We completed our joint returns and were in the middle of printing for the purpose of filing them. The first one printed okay but when attempting to print the second return, rather than repeating the same process as the first, the program sent us to different unrelated screens, which, when followed, ended up closing the program. We went back to reopen the joint returns in order to print the second return for filing, however no files were listed in the folder or found anywhere on our computer even though we repeatedly saved our work at various stages when prompted to do so. Is there a bug in this year's version, as we've been using TurboTax for over 25 years and this is the first issue we've encountered?
