I have been using TurboTax for 20 years. This is the first time this problem comes up.

Why does the printing feature not work in the 2022 version ?

It keeps telling me that the program needs an update, but there is none available right now.

Is there a delay in the updates ? and when will it be available ?

As per our TurboTax FAQ/video: In TurboTax CD/Download, how do I print a copy of my tax return?

Note: The option to print your return is not available in TurboTax (or any other tax preparation software), until NETFILE opens for the current tax on February 20, 2023 

If you are using TurboTax online: How do I print/save a copy of my return in TurboTax Online?

The option to print a tax return becomes visible only after you pay for that specific return. After paying, the FILE menu lists the available print options. TurboTax Free users don’t have to pay to print a tax return, but will still need to go through the payment section to reach the print option.

For tax year 2022, TurboTax’s print feature becomes available when NETFILE opens.
