I have had problem installing the Turbotax Standard 2022 program I just downloaded to my laptop. The error message says " The app you're trying to install isn't a Microsoft-verified app." I have been using this program since 2017 with the same laptop and operating system and had had no problems before.
Please try reinstalling the software. If you are still not able to resolve the problem, you can call our phone support team for more help. To talk to our phone support team, call 1-888-829-8608.
The problem has been solved. I found out under "choose where to get app" option has to be changed from "Microsoft" to "anywhere".
