Promotion discount email

I received an email from Intuit Turbotax Canada for 20% off, I log in to my account and tried to buy the CD/Download standard version and couldn't find the discount anywhere to apply. Is there a promotion code to apply?

Are you going to your account through the email link? To get your discount the link needs to be used.

Yes, I clicked the link, then log in to my account, it only gave the option to file tax online. whether I log in through the link from the email or I go to turbotax.intuit.ca site directly, it is the same.
