Purchased the wrong year for business tax incorporated

I purchased the wrong year for Business Tax Incorporated in Canada.  I wanted 2020 instead of 2019.  
How can I exchange the software?

Version 2019.5.0 allows completion of return for corporations with a year end up to October 31, 2020. For year ends after that date the 2020 version would be required. The 2020 version will be available late November to  early December 2020.

Although exchanges are not possible, you can get a refund by applying on-line at this link.

Our TurboTax 2020 is not available as of yet. At this time it is your 2019 return that has to be completed.  By the end of the year, our 2020 software will be available- which will need to be filed next tax season.
