2022 Turbo Tax

I have been a Turbo tax user for many years until last year (2021). I purchased my 2021 Turbo Tax Deluxe from Costco, which is where I have always purchased it from in the past. When I tried to load and use it on my computer, the one I have filed my income tax on many times before, it would not operate/function. I have Windows 10 on my computer and have never had a problem before. I got a refund from Costco and then used H&R Block to file my 2021Federal/State taxes. I am receiving online offers from Turbo Tax for purchase of this year's Turbo Tax.  Will it work this year, and what happened last year. I know others who had problems with last year's version. Because you mentioned your "Federal/State taxes", this indicates you need to go to  http://www.turbotax.com and not  .ca for help with your situation as this is the Canadian Community.
