2023 Premium update just exits

When I open TT 2023 to view some info from my 2023 return, I'm presented with "Update Available" and with YES being the only option for "Do you want to update?".

I don't really care about the update and just want to see my 2023 info, however, if I click YES and go through the Windows "do you want to allow this app..." pop-up, it seems to just exit.
