Access denied error message when searching for support or community messages

Hi, this is still an issue when I am searching for answers, crazy its almost been a year.

 

My questions is I closed my company in Jan 2025, its a sole proprietor and I sold the company. I was the only owner. Its not a lot of money. Where do I report this in turbotax? I have searched online but it references an area I can't find.

@patricia-gail We are still looking at all options to resolve the issue of deleted posts showing up in the community search, and we're sorry for any inconvenience.

 

Regarding your question, Can you please provide more information about your problem? Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Do It Yourself (Online)?

I am using turbo tax do it your self onlne.

 

I am guessing there has to be a simple way to include it, especially as a single owner of a small business, no employees.
