I bought an online premier version for Mac (for 12 returns) from Costco. I activated the online version for me and my wife. It is ok without any problem in filing of our tax returns in CRA. My daughter created a new account and used my activation code to active the IOS version online. However, after she entered the activation code to activate the version, the web repeatedly showed that there was something wrong in activation. Please advise me what to do.
If you have bought TurboTax Online, please note that you can only use the code once in only one account. Using the code again will give an error message.
