Activation Error

I purchased TurboTax Home & Business at Staples in Toronto,  Ontario,  and when I try to activate it using the code in the box, I get a 607 error.

How can this be resolved?

Did you purchase TurboTax Online or TurboTax Desktop/Download version?

I purchased the Home and Business desktop version at Staples.   I downloaded the setup file and installed it on my Windows 11 laptop
