Please note that the Colorado State Tax form has an error. It will not let you enter your TABOR refund, $800 for Individuals and $1,600 for married filing jointly, under the State Tax Refund line. If you want to file before they fix this, print out the paper tax form on the state web site. I hope they fix this, every time I try to override it kicks me out. You must claim this on your STATE TAX RETURN to get this refund, even if you pay no state taxes.
