Confirmation email didn't come after paying

I purchased the 2025 desktop TurboTax but did not receive my confirmation nor my license code. My payment was taken.  How do I get it now?

Please correct this as I am very frustrated. Two days ago I paid for Turbotax 2025 online through turbotax website. I received confirmation email with number however no 16character license key was included. I have not filed my 2024 taxes either. I paid $20 for the 2025 turbo tax and need the license to be able to finish 2024 taxes. I am not happy with service as I called the help line and the only thing that answered was an AI bot that sent me a link that does not even work. This is so stupid.

@rwong5102 Based on the information I have, it looks like you have paid for TurboTax Self-Employed Online 2025. You won't receive a code if you are paying for TurboTax Do It Yourself (Online) through our website, as you are paying per return (or for 2 returns, if you are preparing with a spouse/partner).

You'd only get a code for TurboTax Do It Yourself (Online) if you buy a multi-return package from a 3rd party retailer. Even if you did, the codes for 2025 are only good for returns for the 2025 tax year. They will not work for previous or future years.
