Turbotax software error is inputting a negative number instead of changing it to 0. @turbotax what’s the fix or where is the refund?

Hello, I tried to make some changes a few days ago and the results were the same.
I will attempt again at my earliest conveniences.
I have already paid for the return, will that affect my ability to reenter T-slips and get a corrected return?

Unfortunately no. The preview stills shows a negative number in a place the number should be converted to a zero.
@Er84-363047 Is it possible for you to give us the exact error message? or send a screenshot (make sure to hide all personal info showing on the screenshot)?
Can you please give us more details about the return? which T-Slips? type of incomes?

CRA result code 84
#363047. The amount on line 63047 is negative but this line can only contain a positive amount. Please revise your entry in this line to show a positive amount and retransmit your return. Your tax return has not been accepted by the Canada Revenue Agency. Etc.
There was an update to fix the problem. Please go back to the Childcare section and review the Ontario CARE credit section as that page might be different then what you saw before.
