I have not been contacted by email or phone regarding the deletion of my Intuit account.

Is there a way you can escalate my ticket or assign it to someone in your Intuit Technical Support team ?

Did you check your spam/junk folder to see if the email went there? If you are still not able to resolve this issue, please contact our phone support team, as they will be able to assist you further.

Hello - 

I contacted your Inuit Customer Support number and the IVR responses are all in FRENCH.   I can only speak English and there is no option to select (or explained in English) in Western Canada for me to connect to someone in the Customer Support team to have my Intuit account deleted.

Can you provide an English speaking Customer Support number ?

The phone number 1-888-829-8608 is for both English & French. It starts off with a bilingual message, but as long as you don't press the #8 then it will continue in English.
