Disability Transfer without Care Giver amount

I am unable to claim a Disability Transfer ($8416) with out being forced to claim the Care Giver amount ($7140)... Also I cannot override it either. I feel this is a bug.

I do not know how to get rid of the caregiver amount when I add the disability transfer. It will not go away, what do I do?
