As stated in CRA page, emigrated or person living outside Canada can not use EFile service. But although I entered an address outside Canada TurboTax gives me option to EFile. I do not know if it will succeed if I try to EFile. But during this Covid19 is there an allowance to EFile by emigrants or person living outside Canada?
No. You still can't Netfile using TurboTax Online or Desktop/Download for an emigration status return. If your information is entered correctly, you will be denied the Netfile by CRA. You will be able to print the PDF forms and mail them to one of the following locations near you:
