Is there anyway I can get passed error code 15, and submit my netfile?

Error 15

As per CRA  you can't NetFile your return: There are certain types of tax returns that can’t be sent to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) electronically:

  • a return for any taxation year other than 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 or 2021
  • a tax return for another person (for example, if a taxpayer prepared a spousal/family return, each taxpayer must send his or her return separately)

You can’t use NETFILE to file your tax return if:

  • you went bankrupt in 2021 or 2022 (does not include a proposal for bankruptcy)
  • you are a non-resident of Canada

Error 15

As per the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Error 15 means the: Transaction  date is not entered in proper YYYY-MM-DD format. Please verify the information in your return.

Hi! I have received this code. I never had a bankruptcy nor file a bankruptcy. I found this and it was recent. Where Can fix that transaction date? Thanks in advance

@Greggy05 Is the transaction fee an error for the TFSA account?

Error code 15 is when the CRA has locked your account due to too many failed attempts to Netfile (5 times maximum). You should contact the CRA to unlock the account.
