How do I revert back to the previous format of TT, where I could scroll through page by page to review my tax responses and inputs? This new format makes it impossible.

There are just a few boxes of suggestions with drop-down menus with no clear way to do a final review from start to finish - surely this is some kind of update or preference that can be reversed?

No, unfortunately, you can't revert to the old style of TurboTax Online. Even the 2023 version now has this new interface.
