I am a nurse in Qc and have to pay the OIIQ license. Which fees are deductibles and how do I determine if I'm eligible to the GST/GHT rebate?

To enter professional fees such as the OIIQ license in TurboTax Online, click the Find tool (🔍) and search for “union” in the top box. Click “Union or Professional Dues” in the bottom box to select it, and then click the Go button.

Generally, you can claim the Employee and partner GST/HST rebate if one of the following applies:

• Your employer is a GST/HST registrant, other than a listed financial institution
• You are a member of a GST/HST-registered partnership, and you have reported on your return your share of the income from that partnership
