There have not been any delays with CRA receiving returns or issuing refunds due to Covid-19. You should sign back in to TurboTax and complete the NetFile process again if you do not have a NetFile Confirmation Number.
Once you file your return and receive a NetFile Confirmation Number showing you were successful, you should receive your refund or Notice of Assessment (NOA) within two weeks (if you have Direct Deposit). You can check the status of your refund by signing in to your CRA Account, or contacting them by phone.
