I don't know what is expected in adjusting professional income for work in progress. Work in-progress end of year, does this mean the last tax year?
By "Work in-progress end of year" it means any Work in-progress that you had at the end of 2021 (if you are doing your 2021 tax return). This Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) page has more information on reporting Professional income: Part 3B – Professional income
