Is Turbotax Live Assist & Review available via online chat?

I would like to upgrade to TurboTax Live Assist & Review (for self-employed), but I hesitate because I don't want to be using my telephone for this process. My cell phone does not have a good plan because and the conversation would cost a fortune. Is it possible to have this review done via online chat or video chat? Basically I need the communication to be via internet only and not involve my phone.

I have the same question! I am travelling overseas and need to communicate via wifi like over zoom or whatsapp for both the review and genera question about the software/customer service support. Are there alternatives to phone calls available?

@KHarbs You must have a North American or Canadian phone number in order to use TurboTax Assist and Review services.
